For blended worship · Hymns and newer songs

Room for the hymns and the band.

Lyrics on side screens that leave the cross in view, the choir and the band heard together in one mix, and a sound board your volunteers understand.

Blended: side screens for lyrics, leaving the cross and the center of the platform clear.

What changes for your people

One service, every generation singing

Side screens that keep the cross in view.

Lyrics and Scripture where everyone can read them, placed at the sides so the center of the platform stays clear.

The choir and the band, heard together.

Choir microphones that pick up voices, not the drums, and a mix where the organ, piano, and guitars each have their place.

Clear for the older members, full for the younger ones.

Speech that is easy to follow from every pew, and music with enough body that the whole room wants to sing.

A board volunteers can run.

Presets for the hymn, the band set, and the sermon, labeled in plain words, with your team trained on-site the first Sunday.

Your platform

Side screens, choir, and a small band

Screens at the sides for the lyrics, the piano and a small band on one side of the platform, and the pulpit and the cross at the center.

Blended: side screens for lyrics, leaving the cross and the center of the platform clear.

“I didn’t even know what to ask at first, but [the team] was so patient and walked me step by step through the process of installing a complete AVL system in our building after it was rebuilt from tornado damage. They were understanding, trustworthy, and respectful the whole way through. Today, we have an amazing AVL system that goes far beyond my expectations.”

How the installation team works

Dream, Design, Deliver, Dedication

  1. Dream

Uncover or refine the vision for your room, so everything after it has a foundation.

    • Talk through what you want the room to do
    • 3D pictures of the design choices
    • First budgets
    • A plain-language report that explains the system
  2. Design

A solution built for your room and your needs, not a catalog package.

    • Detailed equipment drawings
    • Heat figures for your air conditioning contractor
    • Drawings of what hangs from the ceiling and the power it needs
    • Complete equipment lists
    • Working alongside your architect and builder
    • A full set of plans
  3. Deliver

The system is installed with care, in phases, around your services.

    • One project manager as your contact
    • A checklist that tests every system
    • Equipment built and set up ahead of time, so less time in your building
    • Sunday is always coming: work is scheduled around your services
    • Done in stages: wiring, equipment, testing, final check
  4. Dedication

Support that continues after the install.

    • Training once everything is tested
    • On-site help the first Sunday
    • 1-year parts and labor warranty
    • Longer service plans are available

Every installation comes with a 1-year parts and labor warranty, training once everything is tested, and on-site help the first Sunday.

Bringing this to a committee?

The Church Room Planner asks a few short questions about your room and your people and gives you a one-page summary to print: what to do first, how it serves the mission, and how the process works.

Plan your room

Questions churches ask

Where should the screens go in a blended service?
Usually at the sides, so the lyrics are easy to read and the cross and the pulpit stay at the center. Sightlines are checked from the pews before anything is hung.
Can the choir and the band share one sound system?
Yes. It takes the right choir microphones, careful placement, and a mix that is set up for both, with saved settings so volunteers can switch between them.
We are not sure if we are traditional or blended. Does it matter?
Not much. The Church Room Planner asks how you worship and suggests a starting point, and the Dream phase shapes the plan around your own services.
What happens after the installation?
Every installation includes training once everything is tested, on-site help the first Sunday, and a 1-year parts and labor warranty. Longer service plans are available.
Is there a price on this page?
No. Nothing here is a price or a quote. The Dream phase includes initial budgets once the room and the goals are clear, and the work can be phased so it fits how your church gives.

Tell us about your church.

A few lines is enough. We will call you back to talk through what you are hearing, what you would like to change, and what a sensible next step looks like. Nothing here is a price or a quote.
